Saw a preview for it on tv, and had to let Brandon know I thought fondly of him and his obsession with this game last finals week. If you ever play it, Brando, let me know. They added even more Disney adventures, even a trip through the world of Captain Jack Sparrow. Oh man.

Game = Amazing!
Of course I had it defeated in just about six days...Yeah I have no life. I just couldn't go wrong with weilding two keyblades and doing 40ish hit combos. The story line rarely drags and get to go more in depth with your old friends, plus making a few more along the way.
I would go more into how great the game is but that would take higher level of thinking than I have at the moment

ok, so a few days ago I beat Kingdom Hearts, and then I went back and leveled up on Sephiroth from level 88 to 100 and then three more times to get donald to 100 and the only thing that's keeping me from being 100% done with that game is a red trinity that was in the Halloween Town that I can't get to anymore... so there! How's that for no life? Yesterday I tried again to get the new expansion for FFXI but Best Buy was still out of stock... so I picked up Kingdom Hearts 2 of course. On the way home Dwight and I were talking about how there was a KH released on game boy advanced KH: Chain of Memories... and how it might have some plot that I'd need to know before I start KH2... (son of a bitch!)... so I downloaded the GBA game and started to play it... and well, it picks up exactly were the frist one ends (the three walking down some path in search of the riku and the king). So I start to play the game and then I get kicked in the nuts by the card battle system (orz) so instead of just running around dodging crap and whacking enemies you've got to attack them based on some random cards OR shuffle them around and make sets of three for combos that can break certain defenses and deal more damage... (aka, this game would be really short and easy if it was normal but we want to prolong Brandt's KH2 action as long as possible...GAH!!!)... On top of that you basically start running through Traver's Town - Agraba - etc... just like in the first game, expect for the fact that there's this Organization XIII group harassing you. Finally I found this: db.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbadvance/file/kingdom_hearts_com_script.txtWhich is basically the entire script of Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories (thank you God, you save my sanity) All in all... pretty interesting story that slowly ties the the ending of the first to the beginning of the second. And lets you in on a lot of back ground info on the Org. XIII. I'm only to the point in KH2 were I just left Twilight Town, so I'm not sure if they're going to bother explaining it.. but there were a lot of stuff in the beginning of the game that had I not half-played / half-read the game of KH: Chain of Memories.. I'd of been like wtf is going on. (aka. who's Namine? who's Axel? what's the Org. XIII? and how the hell did we go from walking down the path in search of the king to Sora's in a huge flower-egg-thing getting his memories restored...) Anywho, KH2 is an awesome game so far. I really like how they changed the battle system to have 'reaction-based' dodging and combos/special moves. The Roxis VS Axel battle right before the game actually starts was really fun!.. I'm excited

Oh my God, you all are crazy! Crazy I say! And yes, it ought to be OF, so I put it in. But seriously, I am glad that it is a sweet game, as it looked pretty good. And I can't make fun of anyone, as I have spent a good bit of time just watching the thing. Oh, to be back in college, lounging downstairs between classes.

I was excited to see ViVi in the game, though I hate his voice. And Setzer from FF6!! =)
The Little Mermaid world... well... yeah, you'll know what I mean when you get there ><
