Although it is not a tv show it is on TV. And me and Britt need to talk football while. My picks this week Bears over Carolina, Broncos over patriots, Seahawks over redskins and I want the steelers to pull an upset over Colts. All you non football people out there can shut up.

Sounds good to me, although I withold judgement on the Colts going out, although anything's possible. I just can't believe that Seattle and Chicago are still in!!! What a crazy year this has been! Now that mom and dad have this nice new TV we've been able to watch football, and it has been so nice.

well, Dwight, you did a great job of picking um last week, we'll see who gets free beer this week though. So long as we can protect Plummer in the pocket from crazy Palumaio (sp?), I think our defence is up to the challenge of Steelers offense.
And in non NFL, holy crap did you see the last of the college playoffs? Man, those were some good games. Texas and the FSU game had me biting nails.
ps. I had a dream about winning tickets to go to the superbowl, you two were my picks for accompanying me. Yay for football friends!

I'm still in shock that the Seahawks are in. I don't know what to do with myself. Yeah, sorry about the Broncos, Britt. It just seemed like the Steelers wanted it a lot more. Those were two crazy games, I didn't expect such domination at the Championship level. I can't wait for the game!!!

I agree, the Steelers do want it more, and you can tell Brandt I won't go against the team with the crazy hawaiian again, sorry all Seattle fans. But easy Josh, I'm not going to let you go so far as to say the Broncos suck. They didn't suck their way to number 2 spot in the playoffs. They just didn't play as well as the Steelers and didn't have the passion the steelers did. But yeah, bucket of beers next time we meet in some smokey fun bar. Till then......HELL YA FOR SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!!!!

While the part of me that loved the Seahawks waay back in 1986 (I was four at the time) is excited to finally see them back in the playoffs, and going for the championship, no less, the Seattle sports fan cynic in me doubts that they will actually pull it off. If being a Seattle sports fan has taught me anything, it is that no lead is safe and no matter how awesome it may be going, you can still snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
