I agree. That is funny that us responsible taxpayers do have a few perks to our monotonous morning routine. On that note, I think our first thread for discussion here should be how late does each person stay up on the average worknight or schoolnight. I normally hit the hay pretty early, but there is the occasional 3:00AM gaming extravaganza with work starting at 7:00AM the next day.

Most of the time I'm asleep by 1:00 sometimes 2:00 but usually between 12 and 1, I can't/don't want to fall asleep before 11, because it's so lame, get up at 7 go to work, get home at 6, hang out for 4 hours then do it again? no way, I'm gonna get at least 6 hours of hangin out....even if it kills me.

Damnit! Yeah, I now go to bed at 9:30/10pm. I also take a nap from 4ish to dinner time. That's 'cause I wake up at 3:45/4am!
It is pretty cool, though, to be up when all the rest of the world is asleep. It's like still being in college, because that's when I used to go to bed, so getting up is still pretty normal. It's the 7 in the morning that really hurts. If ever there was an ungodly hour for me it would be 7am.
I miss before the job, though when I'd go to bed at 2ish and wake up at 1pm. That's the best. Enjoy your life without work! It is divinity!

Heya...got the link from Sarah. This looks like an awesome idea; I hope people use it. Up until this last week I had been going to bed roughly midnight-to-one-ish and getting up by 7, but this week (since my temp position ended last friday), sleeping hours have been more like 2am till 10am. And yeah, computer games until bedtime most nights. Of course.

Hey Brandt,
I agree. I am definately going to have to come up and see your batchelor pad. Then you and I can shoot Dwight with a dart gun while he is sleeping. Seriously though... I would love to see you guys. You will have to come down this way as well to see my new house. It is cool. You should whore yourself out to a thousand fat chicks for 50 bucks a piece. Or 100 really fat chicks for 500 each. Then you could pay your way down here. Anyone get the reference?
